1. Introduction

Welcome to Terusa Wallet (the “Service”), a non-custodial digital wallet application operated by Terusa, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Terusa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Terusa provides software that allows users to interact directly with blockchain networks and third-party service providers. Terusa does not custody, control, hold, or have access to user funds or private keys at any time.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


2. Nature of the Service (Non-Custodial)

Terusa Wallet is a non-custodial software application.

  • Users retain full control over their private keys and digital assets.

  • Terusa does not store, manage, or recover private keys.

  • Loss of access credentials may result in permanent loss of funds.

  • Terusa cannot reverse, modify, or cancel blockchain transactions.

The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their wallet credentials.


3. Third-Party Services

Terusa integrates with independent third-party providers, including but not limited to MoonPay (on-ramp services) and MoneyGram (off-ramp services).

  • These providers operate independently under their own terms and policies.

  • Terusa does not process fiat payments, custody fiat funds, or conduct compliance checks on behalf of third parties.

  • Any identity verification, age verification, or regulatory compliance is performed solely by the third-party provider.

Terusa is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.


4. Fees

Applicable fees are clearly disclosed to the user before confirming any transaction.

  • Fees may vary depending on the operation, blockchain network, or third-party provider involved.

  • Third-party services may apply additional fees under their own terms.

By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the disclosed fees.


5. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Terusa Wallet is not intended for use by minors.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Service.

By using Terusa Wallet, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the applicable age requirement.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Terusa does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
If Terusa becomes aware that a user does not meet the age requirement, access may be suspended or terminated and associated data deleted, where applicable.


6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Maintain the security of your device and credentials.

  • Verify transaction details before confirmation.

  • Assume full responsibility for blockchain interactions.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.


7. No Financial or Legal Advice

The Service is provided for informational and transactional purposes only.

Terusa does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.


8. Compliance Considerations

Certain integrated services may require identity verification or compliance checks in accordance with applicable laws.
Such requirements are determined and enforced exclusively by third-party providers.

Terusa does not act as a bank, money transmitter, broker, or financial intermediary.


9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, and content associated with the Service are the property of Terusa, LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Certain intellectual property elements may be owned or licensed by Los Pimpollos Holding, LLC.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terusa shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of digital assets

  • User error

  • Blockchain network failures

  • Third-party service actions

  • Unauthorized access to user wallets

Use of the Service is at your own risk.


11. Termination

Terusa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
