1. Introduction

Welcome to Terusa Wallet (“Terusa,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).
Terusa Wallet is developed and operated by Terusa, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Florida, United States.
By using Terusa, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Terusa Wallet is a decentralized and non-custodial platform that allows users to:

Store, send, and receive digital assets.
Interact with multiple blockchains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stellar, Binance Smart Chain, etc.).
Perform conversions, purchases, or swaps through integrations with third-party providers.

Terusa does not have access to, control over, or custody of your private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
The user retains full control over their digital assets. Terusa cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transactions executed on the blockchain.

3. Third-Party Services

Terusa Wallet integrates services operated by third parties to enhance its functionality:

MoonPay: purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies with fiat currency.
MoneyGram: crypto–fiat conversion and withdrawal of funds to bank accounts or authorized locations.
Wallester: issuance and management of physical and virtual debit cards linked to digital balances.

Using these services implies accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of each provider.
Terusa does not control and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or performance of these external services.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Keeping your private keys and seed phrases secure.
Verifying addresses before sending assets.
Complying with applicable local laws (tax, financial, and digital asset regulations).
Preventing third parties from accessing your device or wallet.

Terusa cannot recover funds or intervene in disputes between users or with external providers.

5. Fees

Terusa charges a fee between 1% and 3% on certain operations (e.g., transfers or swaps within the system).
This fee is automatically deducted in the native currency of the corresponding blockchain and credited to the corporate address of Terusa, Inc.
Integrated services may apply their own additional fees.

6. Compliance and Regulation

Although Terusa Wallet operates as a decentralized platform, it complies with guidelines from:

FinCEN (U.S.),
FATF (Financial Action Task Force),
International AML/KYC regulations,
GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) regarding privacy.

The use of certain integrated services may require identity verification (KYC) or other compliance checks.
The user agrees to cooperate with such requirements when applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither Terusa, Inc., nor its directors, employees, or affiliates shall be liable for:

Loss of assets or unauthorized access resulting from user error.
Network failures, blockchain forks, third-party errors, or service interruptions.
Indirect damages, incidental losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

The Service is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties of availability or performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, source code, and design of Terusa Wallet are the intellectual property of Los Pimpollos Holding, Inc., licensed to Terusa, Inc. for operation.
Reproduction or modification without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data

Terusa collects only the minimal technical information necessary to operate and maintain the service.
We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive personal information.
Third-party services (MoonPay, MoneyGram, Wallester) manage their own data processes under their respective privacy policies.

10. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use Terusa Wallet for:

Illegal activities (money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion).
Fraud, illegal gambling, or pyramid schemes.
Attempts to alter, decompile, or exploit the software.

Terusa may restrict or suspend access to users who violate these provisions.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published in the App and on terusa.net.
Continued use of the Service after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (U.S.).
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
