At Terusa, Inc. (“Terusa,” “we,” “us,” “our”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information that may be collected when you use Terusa Wallet (the “App” or the “Service”).

By using Terusa Wallet, you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Terusa Wallet is a decentralized and non-custodial application.
You maintain full control over your private keys, seed phrases, and funds.
Terusa does not have access to and cannot recover keys, passwords, or digital assets in case of loss.
Our App may provide access to third-party services such as MoonPay, MoneyGram, and Wallester, which operate under their own policies and regulatory frameworks.

3. Information We Collect

Terusa minimizes data collection. We only process the information necessary to operate the service:

a) Technical information (non-personal):

  • Approximate IP address, device type, operating system, language, and time zone.
  • Performance data, general usage data, and crash reports.
  • Anonymous statistical information about the App’s functionality.

b) Contact information (optional):

  • If the user contacts support, we may collect their name, email address, and message content.

c) Information from integrated third parties:

  • Services such as MoonPay, MoneyGram, or Wallester may request personal or financial information directly.
  • Terusa does not access or store this information.

4. How We Use the Information

The collected data is used solely to:

  • Operate and improve the App.
  • Detect technical errors and prevent fraud or illegal activities.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Respond to user support or communication requests.
