This Fees & Pricing Policy governs the disclosure and application of service fees associated with the use of Terusa Wallet and related services operated by Terusa Inc., a Florida corporation (“Terusa”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”).

Terusa Wallet operates as a non-custodial technology platform. While Terusa does not custody or control user funds, certain services made available through the platform may incur service fees.
These fees are applied for the use of platform technology, integration services, and transaction facilitation through licensed third-party providers.

Transactions executed on blockchain networks are subject to network or “gas” fees imposed by the respective blockchain protocols. These fees are paid to network validators or miners and are not collected by Terusa.

Terusa is committed to maintaining transparent fee disclosure. Users will be informed of any applicable fees prior to transaction execution and will have the opportunity to review total transaction costs before confirming.
Terusa reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time to reflect changes in operating costs, market conditions, regulatory requirements, or third-party provider pricing.
