This Disclaimer governs the use of Terusa Wallet and all related services, platforms, applications, and technologies operated by Terusa Inc., a Florida corporation (“Terusa”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”).
By accessing, downloading, or using Terusa Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.
Terusa Wallet operates exclusively as a non-custodial wallet technology provider. Terusa does not store, control, manage, or have access to any user funds, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or digital assets at any time.
Users retain full and sole responsibility for safeguarding their private keys and recovery credentials. Loss of access to such credentials may result in permanent loss of funds, for which Terusa assumes no liability.
Terusa Inc. operates under FinCEN guidance as a non-custodial wallet technology provider and does not act as a money transmitter, financial institution, broker, dealer, or investment advisor.
All regulated services, including but not limited to fiat-to-crypto transactions, crypto-to-fiat transactions, identity verification (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, are performed exclusively by licensed third-party partners in their respective jurisdictions.
Terusa does not perform, process, or store KYC data directly.
Certain services accessible through Terusa Wallet are provided by independent third-party providers who are properly licensed and regulated. These providers operate under their own terms, policies, and regulatory obligations.
Terusa shall not be responsible for the actions, practices, or decisions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to compliance failures, service interruptions, or transactional disputes.
Any references to digital tokens within the Terusa ecosystem, including the TERUSA token, do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to purchase, sell, or invest.
The TERUSA token is not intended to be classified as a security, investment contract, or financial instrument under U.S. or international securities laws. No promise of profit, return, or appreciation is implied or guaranteed.
Users acknowledge that the use of digital assets involves inherent risks and volatility.
Terusa may apply service fees for transactions facilitated through third-party liquidity providers. These fees typically range between 1% and 3% and may vary depending on network conditions, service provider costs, and transaction type.
All applicable fees are transparently displayed prior to transaction confirmation whenever applicable.
While Terusa implements industry-standard security measures to protect its platform infrastructure, ultimate responsibility for asset security remains with the user.
