By accessing, downloading, or using Terusa Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.

1. Non-Custodial Nature of Terusa Wallet

Terusa Wallet operates exclusively as a non-custodial wallet software provider.

Terusa does not store, control, manage, or have access to:

User funds
Private keys
Seed phrases
Recovery credentials
Digital assets

Users retain full and sole responsibility for safeguarding their private keys and recovery information.
Loss of access credentials may result in permanent and irreversible loss of funds, for which Terusa assumes no responsibility or liability.

2. Regulatory Status

Terusa operates as a non-custodial wallet technology provider and does not act as:

A money transmitter
A bank or financial institution
A broker or dealer
An investment advisor

All regulated services, including but not limited to:

Fiat-to-crypto transactions
Crypto-to-fiat transactions
Identity verification (KYC)
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures

are performed exclusively by licensed third-party service providers operating under their own regulatory obligations.

Terusa does not conduct, process, or store KYC or AML data directly.

3. Third-Party Services

Certain features accessible through Terusa Wallet are provided by independent third-party providers, including but not limited to on-ramp, off-ramp, and payment services.

These providers:

Operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and regulatory frameworks
Are solely responsible for their services

Terusa is not responsible for third-party actions, decisions, service interruptions, compliance obligations, or transactional disputes.

4. Token Disclaimer & Non-Security Statement

Any reference to digital tokens within the Terusa ecosystem, including the TERUSA (TER) token, is provided for informational or utility purposes only.

Nothing in Terusa Wallet constitutes:

An offer or solicitation
A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset
Financial, investment, or securities advice

The TERUSA token is not intended to be classified as a security, investment contract, or financial instrument under U.S. or international securities laws.
No promise of profit, return, or appreciation is implied or guaranteed.

Users acknowledge that digital assets involve inherent risks, including volatility and potential loss.

5. Fees and Pricing Transparency

Terusa may apply service fees for certain operations facilitated through third-party liquidity or payment providers.

Fees are clearly disclosed prior to transaction confirmation
Fees may vary depending on:
- Network conditions
- Transaction type
- Third-party provider costs

By proceeding with a transaction, users agree to the applicable disclosed fees.

6. Security & User Responsibility

While Terusa implements reasonable industry-standard security measures to protect its software and infrastructure, ultimate responsibility for asset security remains with the user.

Users are responsible for:

Securing private keys and recovery phrases
Protecting device access
Maintaining appropriate backup procedures

Terusa does not provide account recovery services for lost credentials.

Content and functionality provided through Terusa Wallet do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Users should consult qualified professionals before engaging in any digital asset activity.

8. Age Restriction

Terusa Wallet is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

By using the Service, users represent that they meet the applicable age requirement in their jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terusa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

User negligence
Loss of private keys or recovery credentials
Third-party service provider failures
Blockchain network errors or congestion
Market volatility or asset value fluctuations

Use of Terusa Wallet is entirely at the user’s own risk.

This Disclaimer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
